WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Alaska and Hawaii are 
subject to additional shipping charges and are not 
eligible for free shipping promotions.

We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico,
Guam, USVI) or internationally.

FREE SHIPPING
Orders with a subtotal of $99.00 or more qualify for free 
standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states.

Free shipping does not apply to:
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
- Oversized, overweight, or freight items
- Outboard motors and engines
- Hazardous materials (aerosols, oils, chemicals, batteries)

PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days of 
placement. Some parts may need to be sourced from our 
suppliers' distribution centers, which can extend 
processing time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with 
tracking information once your order ships.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After shipment, estimated delivery within the contiguous
U.S. is:

- Standard / Free Shipping: 4-8 business days
- Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days
- 2-Day Delivery: 2 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day

Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, 
not after the order is placed. Actual delivery times 
may vary depending on carrier and your location.

SHIPPING RATES
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99
- Standard economy shipping: $9.99
- Ground shipping: $11.99
- Expedited (2-Day / Overnight): calculated at checkout

OVERSIZED AND FREIGHT ITEMS
Some items such as large engine components, lower units,
anchors, and bulky accessories may require freight 
shipping and are subject to additional charges. If your 
order requires freight delivery, our team will contact 
you with the exact shipping cost before processing.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Items classified as hazardous materials (aerosols, 
paints, oils, lubricants, solvents, batteries) can 
only be shipped via ground within the contiguous 48 
states. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, 
Hawaii, or internationally.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Some orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations 
to reach you faster. If your order appears incomplete, 
please check all tracking numbers included in your 
shipping confirmation email before contacting us.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with 
carrier tracking information. You can also track your 
order by contacting us at usamarinestore@gmail.com 
with your order number.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the 
package before opening it. If damage is found after 
opening, photograph both the packaging and the item. 
Contact us at usamarinestore@gmail.com within 48 hours 
of delivery. Failure to report shipping damage promptly 
may affect your ability to file a claim.
